Our story
Founded by a veteran with a service mindset baked in, Koalaty Services grew out of a simple frustration: too many home service companies treated customers like a number.
We're different by design. Small enough to know our clients by name. Trained enough to handle everything from termites to storefront windows. And local enough to actually pick up the phone.
HOW WE GOT HERE
From the service, to your service.
Koalaty didn't start as a business plan. It started with a mindset — one carried out of the military and into a garage in Edmond.
Service first — literally
Our founder came home from active duty carrying the same instinct the uniform taught him: show up early, do the job right, don't leave until the person you're serving is taken care of. That instinct never turned off — it just needed somewhere new to go.
One truck, one promise
Koalaty Services started with a single truck, a hand-lettered clipboard, and a rule we still keep: every quote is free, every job is done the way we'd do it at our own place. That's it. Word got around fast in Edmond.
A family business, in every sense
As the calendar filled, family stepped in. Kids helping load equipment on Saturdays turned into schedulers, techs, and estimators. Today the people picking up the phone are the same people who grew up around this business.
Thirteen cities and counting
One truck became a full crew. Pest control expanded into pressure washing, window cleaning, and full home services. We now cover 13 cities across the OKC Metro — and we still answer the phone ourselves.
